Let's have a little talk about the services that might come in handy for creating presentations. As you probably know, there are plethora of different services each of them providing its own benefits and having specific disadvantages, but all of them might be in at least one point better than omnipresent Powerpoint. Prezi The best word to describe Prezi with is just magnificent. This service lets you create presentations with lots of layers inside layers so that in the end presentation appears quite simple on the surface despite being quite complex as you progress inside it.  All slides are located on a huge desktop and switch between each other using the zooming effect, which allows you to create a real presentation scenario without being distracted by developing additional ways to attract the viewer's attention. The zooming effect gives the narrator the opportunity to improvise with the presentation and move along a non-linear scenario, which strongly distinguishes Prezi from

As you probably now, the Internet we see nowadays is not what it used to be even a few years ago, let alone a whole generation. To better understand the difference between the 'generations' of Internet and to use them to our advantage is this article. Hi! Before making a good start with our method it is absolutely essential to know the basics. After all it wouldn't make much sense to study English with videos if you don't know at least the simplest vocabulary and have no idea how to connect words with each other. Here is the list of resources I myself find useful http://www.24english.ru/multimedia/programs-english/380-tell-me-more - this one I would recommend for listening, speaking and pronunciation . I personally find it very appealing to have an ability to see what you've already done and what you expect to face in all its deepness and complexity with those self-filling tables. 'Tell me more' provides just that. http://literacynet.org/learningresources/ - that one I find great for reading and writing . The best feature about this website is that it provides you with a real material from articles and speaches and not some artificial dialogues you were used to while studying the old-fashioned way.  Each module i

Hi! My name is Igor and welcome to my english-learning blog! I've been studying English for 13 years now and I confess I know a trick or two for you all to succeed in this tremendous goal of achieving fluency. My method doesn't really involve specific lessons dedicated to learning vocabulary or grammar, I would rather help you to immerse yourself in the language environment by surrounding you with up-to-date products in English depending exclusively on your interests, since I strongly believe that the more you spectate one speaking your target language, the better you become in it yourself. As an example here are my Youtube recomendations. As you can see there isn't a single video in Russian, which is my mother tongue. Not because I intentionally avoid it, but because the amount of useful videos in English and Russian is simply incompatible, normally I meet 1 out of 20-30 videos in Russian in my recommendations. At first it will be quite challengling since you'll have t
